Reason # 1 : Wet tarmac, Unsuitable Tires.
Reason # 2 : More curves, higher altitude
Reason # 3 : Mixture of overflow diesels and rain water on road
Reason # 4 : Wanna meet uphill, NOT somewhere down the Valley ...
